Merkel, E.A.-Gewehrfabrik

Following are three sliders with images of a combination gun made by Ernst August Merkel in Suhl for O. Geyger & Co. in Berlin in 1922. The serial number on the receiver flat and the barrels is the Merkel number and the number above the top lever is the Geyger number. it is 20 ga. over 6.5×54 Mannlicher Schoenauer.
