Much confusion exists in the United States about what the Metric Cartridge designations means. The first set of numbers relates to the bullet diameter. How do we convert that to the decimal system we use. Before we visit the following articles, the following chart should be studied and will become invaluable in understanding what the Bullet Diameter is.
